Putin Says Wants Lasting Peace In Ukraine

Russia wants a “lasting and stable peace” in Ukraine, President Vladimir Putin said, adding that Moscow’s conditions for peace remained unchanged as Kyiv repeated its call for a leaders’ meeting.
