On Gurugram Waterlogging, Haryana Minister Points To Ex-Governments

Blaming previous governments for the severe waterlogging issue in Gurugram, Haryana Minister Anil Vij on Friday said that people are facing troubles because the opposition parties did not do proper planning of the town.
