Brother Detained In UAE, Actor Celina Jaitly’s “Ray Of Hope” Post After Court Hearing

The Delhi High Court today heard a petition by actor Celina Jaitly, who sought its intervention to secure assistance for her brother – Indian Army Major (retired) Vikrant Kumar Jaitly – who has been allegedly detained in the United Arab Emirates (UAE
