Lithuania Has A ‘Cigarette-Smuggling Balloon’ Problem With Belarus

Flights at Lithuania’s main airport were disrupted on two successive nights in the latest of a string of incidents involving suspected sightings of balloons used to smuggle cigarettes from neighbouring Belarus.
