“Will Be Chaos”: Supreme Court On Reopening Cases That Are Concluded

The Supreme Court on Wednesday said finality of a litigation is a core facet of a sound judicial system and a case that has concluded cannot be reopened, otherwise there will be “chaos in the administration of justice”.
