Russia Downed Malaysian Airline MH17 In Ukraine, Rules UN Aviation Body

The UN aviation council on Monday ruled that Russia was responsible for the downing of a Malaysian airliner over Ukraine in 2014 with the deaths of 298 passengers and crew, the Dutch government said.
